COVID 19 Moor Instruments customer announcement

In light of the global COVID19 virus outbreak, we would like to re-assure our customers we are pro-actively planning to maintain as normal a service as possible.

The vast majority of our staff are now working from home but remain connected to you as normal through phone, email, mobile and video chat. We are still able to accept, process and dispatch orders as normal.

TRAINING VIDEOS: This is a great time (if you haven’t already) to register for a free customer-exclusive website account. Amongst other benefits are a unique suite of free training videos to help brush up your knowledge remotely. The videos cover all aspects of theory, safe and reliable imaging, calibration and image interpretation.

SERVICE & REPAIR: If you do have an active service/ maintenance contract then we will, where possible, continue to operate a service to support you. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding your contract then please feel free to discuss with our service/ sales teams.

It is possible that travel restrictions and local access arrangements may make it impossible for us to operate a normal on-site service and our engineers will refer to the UK Foreign and Commonwealth and Public Health England websites to determine travel options which might require us to schedule an on-site visit to a later date. In certain circumstances we might ask for written permission to attend on site. Our service team are still able to service equipment returned to us.

We will continue to monitor the situation and act as best we can to minimise any disruption and return to normal as soon as we can.
