Moor Instruments are happy to be exhibiting again at this year’s American Burn Association meeting in Boston, Mar 21-24 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. We look forward to seeing you at booth #431 in Hall D of the Hynes Convention Center.
Tim Brown and Anne Marie Shields (our latest addition to the team) will be showing off our moorLDLS-BI rapid line scanning burn assessment system, so please stop by for a live demonstration!
What to do in Boston while you’re not at the meeting? We’ll miss St Patrick’s Day by a few days, but Boston should be warming up slightly for the first day of spring and that means baseball season is rapidly approaching. In Boston that can only mean that the historic Fenway Park is opening up. Fenway is just a short walk from the meeting and offers tours each hour. If basketball is more of your style, the Celtics are playing on Friday evening over at TD Garden.
Where to eat? There are plenty of small local places within a few blocks of the hotel, but if you want a truly memorable meal, try “Top of the Hub.” A bit pricey, but the view from the 52nd floor of the Prudential Center is truly amazing. If low key dining with live music is more your style, you can’t beat McGreevy’s directly across the street. America’s first sports bar and home of the Dropkick Murphy’s, McGreevy’s always has something happening.
Have fun and hope to see you in Boston!
